Arrest made in Geno's Steaks assault

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - January 25, 2008 On December 27th of last year at about 6:30 a.m. two men began to verbally harass Geno's Steaks employee Tony Chestnut. After a brief argument, one of the suspects picked Chestnut up and flipped him two times onto his head, knocking him unconscious.

The employee suffered broken bones, a fractured vertebra, and loss of hearing.

After issuing an arrest warrant, 19-year-old Kevin Bacci of Devon, Pennsylvania surrendered to police on Thursday. Bacci is facing a long list of charges, including: Attempted murder, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, criminal conspiracy, and harassment.

Police say the men may have been upset over the restaurant's "order in English" sign.

There's no word on the identity of the other suspect.
