Griggs claims the black Lab he dropped off at an Oregon kennel isn't the same dog he took home.
He says his dog was switched with another. Griggs says the dog he has is sweet enough, but he wants his dog, Callie, back.
His veterinarian tells The Oregonian newspaper the dog Griggs has isn't Callie.
But the kennel owners disagree.
They say none of the other black Lab owners complained about a switch.
Griggs says he's going to hire a lawyer to pursue the case of mistaken canine identity.
