A Manhattan judge has ruled the a model may remain anonymous, while suing a jewelry company.
The judge says revealing the woman's name would only make her more uncomfortable.
The model claims an online ad was edited to -- quote -- "simulate a female having an orgasm."
In her 5 million dollar lawsuit against Szul Jewelry, the woman says was she paid $200 to do a comedy spot and never signed release forms.
According to the court, the video attracted 700,000 Internet viewers before it was taken down in January.
