Police went to the Home Properties of Newark Apartments after midnight Monday where they say Cesear shot three men. One of them - 19-year-old Dewaine Brown - died and the other two are in stable condition after being taken to the hospital.
Police say witnesses helped them find Cesear and Jones who were walking nearby. Police discovered the alleged murder weapon in a water retention pond behind the apartments.
The shooting happened after police say the group of men had a fight over debts.
