Fifty-five-year-old Glenn Michael Blank of Oak Avenue in Sharon Hill was taken into custody at Knoebels Amusement Park in Locust Township, Columbia County.
Police seized Blank's video camera as evidence.
He's been charged with sexual abuse of children, invasion of privacy, stalking and disorderly conduct.
Blank was sent to jail after failing to post $25,000 bail.
His first court appearance is set for Friday.
