Mr. Food: Berry Grape Chicken Salad

February 8, 2009 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 red apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
2 cups chunked, cooked chicken
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 cups vanilla yogurt (see Option)

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently until everything is combined and evenly coated.

2. Serve on individual plates or a serving platter lined with leaf lettuce.

OPTION: Lemon yogurt may be substituted for the vanilla.
