Boxing cuts costs and does a whole lot more. Yellow Plus Blue comes from organic wineries in Argentina. It's sent by ship to Canada to be boxed, then delivered to the United States for sale.

Center City's Tria already serves Yellow Plus Blue and more restaurants are expected to follow.
Boxes won't work for every wine, but they're right for the overwhelming majority.
