"I hope they get what they deserve. They could have took our lives; whatever the maximum is, I want it done. I don't want him to be killed or nothing like that, I just want him to suffer, like we did," Devault said.
Richard and Cathy Bowman came back to Fleetwood Street, as well, late Thursday.
They lost everything on the late January fire.
"He needs to go to jail. He needs to know that he wrecked lives, he destroyed some homes," Rick Bowman said.
"It's a little relieving, until I hear the second one, maybe I'll sleep better at night," Cathy Bowman said.
The Coatesville arson fires have been devastating for the old steel town was already struggling economically.
Residents are hoping if there are more suspects out there, that police do find them quickly.
"I hope they catch the other guy. Today. Not tomorrow, but today," Donald Folks said.
