The Aquinas Academy has been robbed six times in recent months, and investigators say Ellifritz is the suspect in all six of those crimes stretching back to September 15th, 2008.
Godfrey has only been charged in the most recent crime of March 17th, 2009.
Investigators say they served a search warrant at the home of both men back on Friday, and recovered evidence that link Ellifritz and Godfrey to the crimes.
