The original incident happened in the 1200 block of Grinnell Road in the Green Acres development. Police say the suspect fired shots outside the home after the dispute and fled.
When police responded, they heard shots nearby and soon discovered the suspect had fired several more shots on a nearby street. Officers responded to the scene and a canine unit was deployed to track the suspect.
After a search, which led across a small stream, the dog located the suspect who attempted to fire again but according to police his gun jammed.
He was apprehended by the dog and taken into custody.
