Police say, back on January 20th, Lassiter shot and killed Dwayne Canty, 17.
Police found Canty with several gunshot wounds to the back, arm and abdominal area on the southwest corner of Newkirk Street and Susquehanna Avenue.
He was taken to Temple Hospital and pronounced dead.
Lassiter is charged with Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Robbery and other charges.
