WILMINGTON, Del. - May 23, 2009 Kevin L. Ard, 24, of Wilmington was apprehended Friday in connection to another investigation, when authorities learned he may have also been responsible for the bat point robbery from May 18.
Delaware State were called in and investigators were able to successfully implicate Ard to the robbery.
Ard is charged with robbery and offensive touching.
He was committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute on secured bail.
