Christian Moeller says cars routinely park or wait on his property, including Rihanna's cars.
He says a security camera at Rihanna's house points onto his property. Because Rihanna rents the house, he's suing her and her landlord.
Rihanna's publicist did not return calls for comment, while the landlord will only say the lawsuit is "without merit."
Moeller is asking for unspecified damages for trespass, invasion of privacy and other claims.
