Not only is the student facing charges for taking the video the community is shocked by what he's accused of doing with the footage.
The student arrested is a 15-year-old freshman. The investigation is not closed yet but as of right now police have retrieved more than 300 "upskirt" video files and photos from the teenager's cell phone and computer.
So far, investigators have been able to identify 19 victims including fellow students and teachers at Emmaus High School, each victim only recently learning what happened.
Investigators have already ordered the removal of the Emmaus High School images from the website the suspect was utilizing.
But cyber-crime experts, like Dr. Robert Davidio from Drexel University, say those photos and video are now floating in cyber-space for good.
Local parents say their hearts go out to the unsuspecting victims.
