Mysterious odor in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - October 18, 2009 At around 1:30 p.m. Hazmat and fire crews went out on a call for a strong odor of fumes in the area of Front and Reed Streets.

After about an hour, Hazmat was able to locate the source in a vacant building.

They then worked on ventilating the building.
