Philadelphia Police were called out to the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and C Street for an accident at around 9:45 p.m. in the Lawncrest section.
Police say that a vehicle traveling in the southbound lanes overturned into the northbound lanes and the driver was then ejected from the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
