The first encounter happened on January 18, 2010 on McIntosh Drive. The suspect reportedly passed a group of girls at least once before returning and attempting to coerce one of the girls into his car. The girl yelled and the suspect drove onto Route 309 in an unknown direction.
Then on March 1, 2010 a juvenile girl reported seeing a man parked in his car on Sandspring Road in front of the Sandspring Apartments as she was walking to home from the bus stop. The man exited the vehicle and ran towards the girl. As she reached her apartment building, the girl reported seeing vehicle leaving the area.
The suspect was operating a red vehicle. The make of the car is unknown. It is unclear if these incidents are related; however, similarities exist in limited description of vehicle and suspect.
