The man is wanted in the killing of Douglas Houser, 37, on Saturday.
It happened just before 11:30 p.m. on the 900 block of Rue Madora Circle in Bear.
Police say Houser was shot and killed inside his own home.
The suspect depicted in the sketch is described as a light skinned black male who stands 6'2", has a large build, and is believed to be in his mid 20's.
