Cpl. Bruce Harris says the home invasion happened about 3:40 a.m. Sunday on Dove Road.
The woman awoke to find her husband being assaulted by one of the men. Harris says the woman was struck on the head by another man with a gun, and the gun was pointed at her husband while she was sexually assaulted.
Harris says the men, wearing all black, stole money and a laptop computer, among other items, from the couple's home and vehicles before fleeing south on Dove Road. Police says the husband tried to chase them.
