Philadelphia police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in the death of 67-year-old Harvey Marinoff.
Marinoff's body was found Thursday under a crawl space of his home on Tasker Avenue in South Philadelphia.
He'd been shot several times. Investigators say Marinoff and the 16-year-old got into some type of argument and that led to the shooting.
Officers were at Marinoff's home to do a well-being check when his body was discovered.
