Twenty-three-year-old Lydia Rosado and 25-year-old Linette Rosado were charged Monday with threatening the teenager and her family while authorities investigated the allegations against their father, Santos Adiel Rosado.
Santos Rosado was jailed this month in a pair of sex assault cases. One involves a 14-year-old girl he allegedly met while working as a pastor in Bethlehem. The other is a rape case involving a 12-year-old girl in 1993.
The Rosado sisters remain in custody. It was not clear if they had an attorney.
Police say they are looking for a third member of Rosado's family on similar charges.
