77-year-old man leaves Levittown facility, missing

PHILADELPHIA - August 28, 2010

Frangeskos "Frank" Pavgouzas leftStatesman Health and Rehabilitation on Trenton Road in Levittown, Pa. on his own at around 2:30 p.m.

He took a cab to the Greyhound bus terminal on 1001 Filbert Street.

The cab driver reported that Frank mentioned wanting to take a bus to Wildwood, NJ to visit his brother.

Frank's whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Investigation revealed that Frank does have a brother and nephew in Wildwood and that the nephew owns the Snow White Restaurant at Lincoln and the boardwalk.

Wildwood Police Department was made aware of the situation and is looking for Frank.

Frank suffers from dementia and depression and needs daily medications which he does not have with him.

Frank was last seen wearing a blue and white pin striped polo shirt with a blue collar, black pants, brown shoes, and dark colored baseball cap.

Frank is described as 5'5, medium build, with grey balding hair.
