A deputy coroner says three of four people killed in a two-vehicle crash in central Pennsylvania were on their way to help a relative who had run out of gasoline.

Blair County First Deputy Coroner say the driver of that car, 50-year-old Roy Walk, his wife, 51-year-old Laura Walk, and another passenger, 46-year-old Sally Tate Campbell, were all killed in the crash near Bellwood about 11:20 a.m. Sunday. They were all from Tyrone.

State police are still investigating the crash, but say Walk's car spun out on a rain-slicked highway then slid into the path of a car driven in the other direction.

Thirty-seven-year-old Andrea Eckenrod, of Bellwood, died. She was a passenger in the second car driven by 41-year-old Jennifer Miller who was taken to the Altoona Regional health Center.
