21-year-old Ricardo Arturo Montas-Gonzales was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on December 29, 2010. At that time Montas-Gonzales was wearing a blue Penn State jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers. He has brown eyes and short brown hair, stands 6'5" and weighs approximately 240 lbs.
Montas-Gonzales was last seen boarding the #109 Dart bus from Dover, Delaware en route to his residence in the 1200 block of W. 10th Street in Wilmington. However, Ricardo never arrived home.
Police do not suspect foul play but based on Montas-Gonzales' mental status there is concern about his welfare.
