Nathaniel Atkinson is going to prison for holding up his own sister.
The woman is a clerk at an adult store in Lincoln, Nebraska. Yesterday, Atkinson was sentenced to 16-to-32 months in prison, plus credit for time served.
Police say he had on a mask and socks over his hands, when he handed his sister a stick-up note.
The Lincoln Journal-Star reports Atkinson told the court he was sorry for what he had done and blames it on a gambling problem.
He pleaded guilty to charges that include felony theft.
