Thirty-one-year-old Sean Alivera pleaded guilty Wednesday in Common Pleas Court to theft and related charges.
Alivera's former partner, 23-year-old Christopher Luciano, pleaded guilty Tuesday to the same charges.
Prosecutors say the two pulled over a man in October and took $3,000 from his vehicle before driving him to a police station, and a minivan then pulled up, removed 20 pounds of marijuana from the car and drove away.
