He wants to save his pinball museum in the nation's capital.
The National Pinball Museum is being forced to close after just five months.
Silverman put up $300,000 of his own money to help open the museum.
He tells The Washington Post he has to leave the current location at a Georgetown mall because of renovations.
The museum features 200 pinball machines, including some visitors can play.
Silverman says he remains committed to keeping the museum alive.
