A man and a woman were killed when the motorcycle they were on veered out of control on the Roosevelt Expressway by the Henry Avenue overpass in East Falls.
A 59-year-old Yeadon woman who was a passenger on the bike, was ejected onto the road and died instantly. The 54-year-old driver, said to be from Southwest Philadelphia, was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time after the crash.
Police have not said what caused the motorcycle to go out of control.
