A 14-year-old boy, and two men were wounded in the shooting on the 1600 block of South Ringgold Street in South Philadelphia.
Police have not announced an arrest, or released details on a possible motive for the shooting.
The teen was reported shot in a foot. Police say a 43-year-old man was shot in the back several times. A 20-year-old man also suffered several gunshot wounds.
All of the victims are being treated at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania.
