Del. woman is hospitalized after 3 car crash
ST. GEORGES, Del. (AP) - September 17, 2011
Authorities say Crystal D. Lenear was taken to Christiana
Hospital after the accident on U.S. Route 13.
Police say Lenear lost control of her vehicle, which traveled
across the grass median and struck head-on a car operated by
44-year-old Suzanne Shelton of Smyrna. Shelton's vehicle then was
struck from behind by a Ford Mustang driven by 59-year-old Marika
A. Feldcamp of Townsend.
Shelton also was taken to Christiana Hospital for non-life
threatening injuries. Feldcamp was not injured.
The southbound lanes of U.S. Route 13 was closed for about 2.5
hours while the crash was being investigated and cleared.
