Forty-nine-year-old Jeffrey E. Paddock of Ocean View is charged with burglary, theft and other offenses. He is being held on of $63,000.00 secured bail.
Troopers say the 13 burglaries occurred in October and November at various businesses. Police say in each case, a door would be pried open and cash would be taken.
Paddock was arrested Wednesday after a burglary in Selbyville.
