Michael Alicea, 49, of the 1300 block of Ridge Avenue was arrested back on January 26th, police said in a news release issued on Monday morning.
Alicea is charged with the theft from the Philadelphia Electrical and Technology Charter High School at 1420 Chestnut Street on April 6, 2011.
Police say Alicea was captured on surveillance video inside a restricted area of the school. Soon after, several laptop computers were reported missing.
Alicea is charged with burglary and related offenses.
