Tornado WARNING issued for Burlington Co., Ocean Co.

The National Weather Service issued the warning for:

EAST CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTY and SOUTHERN OCEAN COUNTY until 3:45 p.m.

The NWS said the doppler-indicated tornado will be near WARREN GROVE BY 330, BROOKVILLE, BAMBER LAKE and 7 MILES NW OF BARNEGAT BY 345 PM.

Meanwhile, flash flood watches remain in effect.

TUESDAY: More tropical moisture streams into our area, bringing plenty of clouds, showers and some thunderstorms. Expect more torrential downpours that cause additional flooding. The high: 83.

WEDNESDAY: Finally, our weather slowly improves. We'll wake up in the clouds again, with some lingering showers. But, our atmosphere will finally start to dry, clearing out the showers and even bringing us some late peaks of sunshine. The high: 85.

THURSDAY: It will be considerably drier on Thursday, but we'll still have the threat of a thunderstorm in a few spots as a shortwave moves through the area. Otherwise expect very warm and humid conditions with some sunshine. High 89.

FRIDAY: Partly sunny and still warm with a high of 86.

SATURDAY: Clouds and sunshine, The high: 83.

SUNDAY: Clouds, some sun, humid and the chance for a thunderstorm. The high: 80.

MONDAY: Mostly cloudy and humid, with some showers and thunderstorms. The high: 80.
