Man sentenced for DA, police Facebook threats

PHILADELPHIA - May 10, 2013

Joshua Albert, 26, was sentenced on Friday to 7 ½ months to 23 months in prison, followed by 24 months of probation.

Albert was arrested back in September after posting messages on his Facebook page and his website offering rewards for anyone who would kill Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams, FOP President John McNesby, and other police officers.

He had been charged with solicitation of murder, making terroristic threats and harassment.
