A California winery sank four cases of Cabernet Sauvignon to the bottom of Charleston Harbor in South Carolina for three months.
This week, divers recovered the wine.
Jim "Bear" Dyke Junior of Charleston owns the Mira Winery.
He says the wine will be analyzed to determine the effect of ocean aging, which is also done on the West Coast and Europe.
The winery plans to sink more wine in the harbor later this summer.
