A fire at an apartment complex in Wilmington, Delaware has been ruled accidental.

That came from the Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office after the fire on Friday night.

Investigators said the fire was caused by "an electrical malfunction igniting surrounding combustibles."

Damage was estimated at $150,000.

The fire was reported at 6 p.m. at the Cranston Hall Apartments on the 3300 block of Old Capitol Trail. Arriving fire crews were met with flames coming from a second floor unit.
