A fashionable ribbon cutting

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A new Bloomingdales outlet is now open in Philadelphia.

Officials cut the ribbon Friday morning in Center City at the shops at Liberty Place.

To celebrate the grand opening, there are special sales this weekend.

It joins Century 21 and Nordstrom Rack in offering designer brands at discount prices to center city shoppers.
