The Vine Expressway westbound is back open after being closed for several hours early Thursday morning due to a jackknifed truck.
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Vine Expressway westbound near Philadelphia's Center City is back open after being closed for several hours early Thursday morning due to a jackknifed truck.
It happened just after 2 a.m. on I-676 WB.
The incident closed all lanes of the Vine WB between the Ben Franklin Parkway and I-76 West during the morning commute.

The roadway has since been cleared and reopened a little after 8 a.m.
