A tractor-trailer apparently hit the minivan, then struck another tractor-trailer.
One of the people pushing the minivan was killed. That person has not been identified.
The driver of the truck that struck the minivan was also killed. He has been identified as 30-year-old Nicholas Bolotine of East Cocalico Twp., Pa.
