PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have released the names of the man and woman who were gunned down inside a vehicle on Thursday night.
It happened around 10 p.m. on the 700 block of Union Street in the Mantua section.
The vehicle was parked with the engine running when police say two gunmen walked up and fired nearly 20 shots into both sides of the SUV.
Video from the Action Cam shows the vehicle riddled with bullet holes.
Police say the man who was killed, 53-year-old Kemo Vaugh of Upper Darby, was in the driver's seat.
The woman, 28-year-old Tahira Wynn of Tobyhanna in the Poconos, was in the passenger's seat.
Police have not said how they're connected.
Chief Inspector Scott Small told Action News that real-time crime cameras recorded what appears to be two males leaving a vacant lot between two houses on the block.
The two then approach the vehicle and fire multiple shots before fleeing.
No weapons were recovered and no arrests were made.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS.
