WYNNEWOOD, Pa. (WPVI) -- A driver lost control and hit a utility police early Thursday in Wynnewood, Montgomery County.
It happened at 4:00 a.m. Thursday on Remington Road between Haverford Road and Lancaster Avenue.
Lower Merion Police tell Action News the motorist was injured in the crash and taken to an area hospital.
The extent of that person's injuries was not immediately clear.
Remington Road was shut down as medics transported the driver.
One side of the road remained closed as utility crews arrived on the scene to repair the damaged pole.
