ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Advocates for the homeless gathered Monday in Atlantic City to remember those who died this year.
AtlantiCare Mission HealthCare held a candlelight vigil for National Homeless Memorial Day.
Donated coats, hats and scarves were also handed out after the vigil.
The day is observed at the start of winter as a reminder of the dangers the homeless face in cold weather.
