Southwest Philadelphia shooting leaves man injured

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened around 12:20 a.m. Wednesday on the 6700 block of Greenway Avenue.

Police say a man suffered a gunshot to the groin.

The victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

It's still unclear who shot the man.

Police said it's possible a love triangle could be the motive for the shooting.
