Delaware's Correction Commissioner says two correction officers are on paid administrative leave since an inmate escaped from a hospital.

Commissioner Carl Danberg made the announcement Monday as authorities continue to search for the missing inmate, Calvin Harmon. Harmon escaped Friday from Beebe Hospital in Lewes where Department of Correction officers had him in custody.

Danberg says they're still investigating to see how Harmon escaped. He said they still don't have a solid picture of what happened.

Harmon's last known address is in Lewes. Authorities say he ran from the hospital in his underwear with handcuffs on.

He is charged with burglary and theft.
