The state has sued a Morris County photo studio that allegedly left hundreds of customers without their wedding photos and videos.

The Attorney General's Office and the Division of Consumer Affairs announced today that it's received 584 complaints against Celebration Studios.

The complaints allege Chester-based company and its top official, Marc Schwartz, did not deliver contracted services or return deposits when it abruptly shut down this month.

A temporary restraining order now prohibits the company from disposing of photographs, negatives, proofs, videotapes and other material, as well as any consumer deposits and payments.
