It was stolen from an exhibit at Linfield College, near Portland, Oregon, in October.
The risque rug was found in a Dumpster this week, by a man who recognized it from news reports.
Campus police report it's a little wet, and maybe a bit smelly, but the rug is in good shape.
Bremer, who teaches at the college, says it took her two years of rug-hooking to make.
She marked the nude rug's return with friends at a karaoke celebration.
