No sign of foul play in deadly fall

Philadelphia police say they have found no signs of foul play linked to the death of a man who fell from a Center City hotel.

The man plunged seven stories from a window at the Parker Spruce Hotel at about 10:30 Tuesday night. The hotel is at 13th and Spruce Streets.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene overnight. The man's body was been turned over to the medical examiner who initially labeled the death as suspicious.

So far, the man's name has not been released.
