Del. man charged in sexual abuse case

MILFORD, Del. (AP) - May 30, 2008 Sixty-five-year-old William Tucker faces 131 criminal counts. The victim told investigators the abuse happened when she was 9 to 12 years old, while she was living near Harrington.

The woman is now 25. State police learned of the case while she was being interviewed recently about a separate sexual assault case involving her own child. Tucker was arrested in December by Milford Police in connection with the alleged abuse of the child.

Milford police seized letters from the Lighthouse Christian Center Church that corroborated the woman's accounts.

Tucker was released Thursday after posting $385,000 secured bail.
