Laugh and don't forget to breathe

That's why she's a certified Laughter Yoga leader.

The Michigan civil-environmental engineer is a serious-minded person.

She says it's almost a sin to laugh at work.

So, she turned to Laughter Yoga for some relief.

She tells The Muskegon Chronicle that laughing leads to a sort of runner's high.

She leads a class in Laughter Yoga Tuesday evenings.

She says it starts with breathing exercises and leads to side-splitting, rolling on the floor, laughter.
