One of the victims is a 14-year-old girl.
It happened about 10:00 on Friday night at Allegheny Avenue near F Street in the West Kensington section of the city.
The teenager was taken to Saint Christopher's Hospital.
Her injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
There's no word on the condition of the other victim who was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Police have taken the driver into custody.
